Born in Benevento, in 1989. She lives and works in Milan.
The designer stands out for her personal, narrative approach to her work, in which a performative dimension interplays with sophisticated material experimentation. Riccardi’s work ranges from product design to set design, teaching, performance and art direction. After studying in Milan (Product Design at NABA | Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti), Istanbul (Yeditepe University) and New York (Pratt Institute), she opened her own studio in Milan in 2016. She teaches courses in social design and new integrated media to students in the three-year design program and the interior design Master’s program at NABA. She also runs a performing art workshop at DOMUS ACADEMY. In 2018, she won the Designer Next Generation Award fromOfficine Panerai as part of its“Wallpaper Design Awards 2018,” which recognized her as one of the top seven young talents in design today. She has designed collections for CULTI and for COIN Casa.
